walking and thinking time

www.888dag.com Walked round Centennial Park this morning-used the time to think through work stuff-I seemed to be the only person not tuned into the headphones...just wondering if people have any quiet thinking time these days as they exercise or is it all music music music?

I totally agree with you, people seem to surround themselves with noise 24/7. I'm amazed at kids each wearing an ipod and still having what seems to be a conversation. How can they possibly hear eachother properly?

I love walking and just thinking although I like to have time out and think with music as well. Of course, the kids have their music on so loud you couldnt hear yourself think!!!
